What is the range of carbon steel pipe

Subject items are: Carbon steel welded pipes, usually identified as standard tubes, are in nominal size range of 1/2 inches up and include 6 inches (12.7 mm to 168.3 mm OD) inclusive, various forms and finishes, usually provided to meet ASTM A53, ASTM A135, ASTM A252, ASTM A589, ASTM A795, ASTM F1083 or commercial quality, or AWWA c200-97 or equivalent specifications, including well casing, piling pipe, sprinkler and emt conduit , but excluding oil and gas pipeline piping API specifications complete, originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.

The material injury survey of the International Trade Tribunal of August 20, 2008 excludes the following goods and therefore is not a subsidiary cargo:

The nominal pipe diameter of steel pipe china is 1 inch, which conforms to the specifications of ASTM A53, B class, schedule 10, with black or galvanized finish, and has a pure end for fire protection applications;

Carbon steel welded pipe in the nominal diameter of 1/2 inches to 6 inches inclusive, double spray brush to meet the specifications of ASTM A252, Grade 1 to 3, specification API 5L, bevel end and random length, used as foundation pile.
